Fast and Secure Delivery:
The Halle Fine Art Printing Lab in London handles all printing and shipping. Prints will be shipped worldwide from our UK Studio.

Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping is free of charge and typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your location. Just so you know, while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.  

Delivery Time:

Orders are usually shipped out within 72 hours of your purchase and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days.

Estimated Average Shipping Times:

    Europe: 3-5 Business Days
    
    USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
    
    Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days


Delays:
If you are still waiting to receive your package after 15 days, don't hesitate to contact support@hallefineart.com, and we will look into this further for you.

Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process:
We are proud to say that our prints are sustainably packaged and carbon-neutral from end to end. This was only made possible by the fantastic effort of our qualified and passionate staff, who work incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process, eliminating all unnecessary waste.

Secure Payment:
You'll have over six payment options at check out, Paypal, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro.

They all use a secure 256-bit encryption service. Paypal or Google Pay will be amongst the fastest checkout methods if you have an account with any of these payment platforms.


Exchanges & Returns:
We are genuinely confident that you'll love your print. Your artwork will stand the test of time and become a talking point in your household. Straight refunds are not accepted as a great deal of our products are limited edition prints; however, if you'd like to exchange your artwork for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact us from the delivery date to arrange the exchange. You'll need to cover the shipping charge.

The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and can survive the roughest of shipping journeys; however, if your print arrives with any damage to the print, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.

Just email an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity, and the order number to support@hallefineart.com, and we will arrange the replacement for you as soon as possible.

We'll cover the return shipping for damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.


Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:
Limited Edition Artwork is clearly marked on in our shop. You can see detailed information on the editions on the product pages. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again. That is it!

Each limited edition print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity.

It provides the name of the image, the edition number, the production date, the certificate number and an embossed authentication logo matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
